Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for manufacturer defects, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bluebirdclay.com. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If your return is accepted, ship your return to the following address: BlueBird Clay, 1421 Webster Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524. Freight charges and return shipping costs are the customers sole responsibility. 

Items sent back to us without communication beforehand will not be accepted.

Damages and issues If your equipment crate is damaged upon arrival, inspect the item very carefully before accepting the delivery. Signing for the delivery is accepting the condition your equipment arrived in, and ends shipping insurance coverage. If you are unsure, have the delivery driver wait while you inspect the item, and call us to discuss your concerns.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days, less the 25% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bluebirdclay.com.
